PLAYERWISE™—PRIVACY POLICY

These are the rules which apply to the information which PlayerWISE™ collects about you so that PlayerWISE can provide you will the PlayerWISE website, platform, app and other services. If you are under 18 years old, we have explained these rules in red bullet points in each section. If you do not understand these rules, please talk to a trusted adult.

Synergine Group Limited (PlayerWISE™, we or us) is the Controller of your personal data and we take our duty to protect your privacy and our obligations to abide by all relevant privacy laws, seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions which you have with PlayerWISE™ including, without limitation, the provision of services and products by PlayerWISE™ to you and your use of the PlayerWISE™ website, app or other platforms.

By using our services, products, website and app you are bound by and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, you specifically consent to PlayerWISE™ collecting, processing, using, storing and disclosing your personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We also refer you to our Terms of Use which contain further information on the way in which the PlayerWISE™ services, products, website and app may be used.

• Synergine Group Limited owns PlayerWISE™. In this Privacy Policy we call Synergine Group Limited “PlayerWISE™”.

• PlayerWISE™ collects and uses certain information about you in to provide the PlayerWISE™ services to you. It also makes decisions about your personal information and is know as a Controller of your personal information.

• These are the rules that apply to the information about you which PlayerWISE™ collects and uses.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is data and/or information about an identifiable individual.

 

• Personal data is information which you can tell is about a particular person. So, your personal data is information that people can tell is about you.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED BY PLAYERWISE™?

PlayerWISE™ collects the following personal data:

• If you are a player: your full name, email address, physical address, telephone number, age, date of birth, team, club, height, weight, gender, medical information including information relating to injuries and medical conditions, academic records, civil engagement records, performance scores, results and rankings from PlayerWISE™ assessments and exercises, records of PlayerWISE™ points and badges which you have earned, comments made by you on PlayerWISE™ platforms, notes made by your coach and/or PlayerWISE™ coaches, account details (including password), details of your IP address and the device you use and the way in which you use our website and app.​ 

• PlayerWISE™ will collect personal information about you listed below:

  • your name,

  • your email address, the address where you live, and your telephone number,

  • your age and your date of birth;

  • the team and club you play football for;

  • your height, weight and gender;

  • medical information about you including whether you have hurt yourself before or have had anything else happen which we should know about to keep you safe when using PlayerWISE™;

  • your school results;

  • activities you are involved in outside school;

  • your scores and results from using PlayerWISE™ including from when you take part in PlayerWISE™ assessments and exercises, or earn points and badges, and how these results compare to other PlayerWISE™ players,

  • comments made by you on PlayerWISE™ platforms,

  • notes made by your coach and/or PlayerWISE™ coaches,

  • information about your PlayerWISE™ account like your user name and password and any information that you enter into your PlayerWISE™ account.

  • how you use PlayerWISE.

• PlayerWISE™ will only ask you for the personal data which we need and we won’t stop you from using PlayerWISE™ if you won’t give us more personal information than is reasonably necessary unless that information is needed for PlayerWISE to function.

• If you are the parent or guardian of a player: your full name, email address, payment information (credit card details and billing address).

• If you are the biological parent of a player: your height.

• If you are a coach: your full name, email address, physical address, telephone number, age, date of birth, gender, team, club and/or organisation represented, position, previous coaching experience, payment information (credit card details and billing address), comments made by you on our platforms, account details (including password), details of your IP address and the device you use and the way in which you use our website and app.
  • If you are a talent scout, your full name, position, club or team (if relevant), email address, physical address, telephone number, age, date of birth, payment information (credit card details and billing address), comments made by you on our platforms, account details (including password), details of your IP address and the device you use and the way in which you use our website and app.

HOW DOES PLAYERWISE™ COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

By providing PlayerWISE™ with your personal data you are consenting to PlayerWISE™ collecting and processing your personal data on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.

Wherever possible, PlayerWISE™ will collect your personal data from you directly. Your personal data may be collected by PlayerWISE™ directly from you in person, in writing (including by email or written form), by telephone and/or audio-visual conferences, through our website and/or app, or via any other medium. In addition, PlayerWISE™ may collect personal data from you in person when you attend our training days or other in-person events. PlayerWISE™ may also collect your personal data when you interact with us, such as when you contact us to request the provision of, or information in respect of, PlayerWISE™ services and products, or when you use PlayerWISE website, app and other platforms.

In some circumstances we will collect information about you from third parties, including from publicly available records or our trusted third party partners where you have consented to those third party partners providing your personal data to PlayerWISE™.

Personal data will only be collected by PlayerWISE™ as necessary to carry out the Purposes set out in the following section.

In some circumstances PlayerWISE™ will collect information which does not personally identify you (Non-Identifying Information).

You may choose not to provide your personal data to PlayerWISE™. However, this may mean that PlayerWISE™ is unable to provide its services and products to you, or that you may be unable to use the PlayerWISE™ services and goods to their full extent.

• PlayerWISE™ always tries to collect personal information straight from you whenever it can.

• You personal information is collected when you:

  • use PlayerWISE™,

  • talk to anyone at PlayerWISE™ in person or on the telephone,

  • write to anyone at PlayerWISE™ (including if you email or message them), or

  • come to training days where you give PlayerWISE™ information or PlayerWISE™ records your results from those days.

• Sometimes PlayerWISE™ will collect information about you from other people if that information is public information or if you say that we can do that.

• PlayerWISE™ only collects information which it needs for the Purposes which we talk about in the section below.

• You can tell PlayerWISE™ that you don’t want to give them your personal information but that might mean that you can’t use PlayerWISE™ if it is personal information that is needed for PlayerWISE™ to work.

HOW DOES PLAYERWISE™ PROCESS AND USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

You consent to PlayerWISE™ processing and using your personal data for the following purposes (Purposes):

 

• providing you with services, products and information requested by you from PlayerWISE™ and managing our relationship with you, including:

  • where you are a player, using your personal data to:

    • set up your account to use PlayerWISE™,

    • contact you to obtain your consent to data collection and processing (if relevant),

    • calculate your results and rankings with other players in your team, your club and intra club,

    • formulating exercises and challenges for you,

    • using your club and team information to provide your performance information, exercises and challenges to your coach and your club,

    • (where you consent) providing your name, contact details and performance information to any talent scouts and/or preparatory schools and/or colleges registered with PlayerWISE™,

    • contacting you (either directly, or where you have consented, through talent scouts and/or preparatory schools and/or colleges ) in respect of opportunities which may arise (such as places at preparatory schools and colleges) where your personal data suggests that these may be suitable for you;

  • where you are the parent or guardian of a player who is a minor, using your personal data to:

    • contact you to consent to PlayerWISE™ setting up an account and providing PlayerWISE™ to your minor,

    • contact you to consent to data collection and processing of your personal data and your minor’s personal data,

    • contact you in respect of the ongoing administration of the PlayerWISE™ account for your minor, and

    • pay for the PlayerWISE™ services and products by way of subscription fees;

  • where you are the biological parent of a player, using your personal data to assist in building your child’s PlayerWISE™ profile,

  • where you are a coach, using your personal data to:

    • contact you to set up an account to use PlayerWISE™,

    • contact you to obtain your consent to data collection and processing,

    • provide you with the name, performance information, exercises and challenges and results for each of the players in your team;

  • where you are a talent scout, using your personal data to set up a talent scout account to use PlayerWISE™, and notify you of and introduce you to players who may be of interest to you.

• contacting you to send you information about PlayerWISE™ (including important notices relating to changes or improvements to PlayerWISE™), events, competitions, challenges promotional activities, market or satisfaction surveys (which may be conducted by a third party entity engaged by PlayerWISE™ - see Processor details at the end of this Policy);

• assisting you with information and providing support where you have queries or issues about PlayerWISE™;

• maximising your PlayerWISE™ user experience;

• protecting you from fraudulent or malicious activity and to ensure you and other users are using PlayerWISE™ in accordance with the Terms of Use and this policy;

• sharing your personal data with the following third parties to enable us to provide you with PlayerWISE™’s services and/or meet our legal obligations:

  • where you are a player on PlayerWISE™, your name, results and ranking to coaches, your first name and ranking to other players on the PlayerWISE™ app, and where you have specifically consented, your personal data to talent scouts, preparatory schools and/or colleges;

  • where you are a coach on PlayerWISE™, your name to players on PlayerWISE™;

  • where you are a talent scout, your name and email address to PlayerWISE™ players to allow them to contact you;

  • the third party provider (if any) of the PlayerWISE™ email and marketing service, to enable us to keep in touch with you about important developments, changes and news regarding PlayerWISE™ - see Processor details at the end of this Policy;

  • third party service providers and partners who assist PlayerWISE™ to deliver or market the PlayerWISE™ services, products, website, platform and app to you – see Processor details at the end of this Policy;

  • governmental and regulatory agencies, courts and other third parties to ensure PlayerWISE™’s compliance with all laws, industry standards and policies, or to exercise, establish and defend our legal rights. Where possible and appropriate we will advise you of such disclosure;

  • in an anonymised and aggregated form to third parties or the public;

  • an actual or potential purchaser of the PlayerWISE™ business (and their agents and advisors);

  • any other party where we have your consent.

Non-Identifying Information may be processed and used to assist PlayerWISE™ to understand how our players, parent and guardians, coaches and talent scouts use PlayerWISE™’s services and website. Non-Identifying Information may be collected, processed, used, stored and disclosed at PlayerWISE™’s discretion.

You consent to PlayerWISE™ contacting you in respect of the Purposes set out above. This consent includes contact by electronic message pursuant to the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (New Zealand), the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (United States of America), the Spam Act 2003 (Australia), General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) (European Union), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) 2003 in the United Kingdom (including Scotland), the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and the European Communities (Implementation of Privacy Directive) (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2004 in Guernsey, or any equivalent legislation in any other relevant jurisdiction.

If you wish to opt out of our emails or marketing or withdraw your consent to receiving communications from PlayerWISE™ at any stage please reply to any of our emails asking to be unsubscribed or use the “Contact Support” button in the PlayerWISE™ app or email us at support@playerwise.com

• We use your personal information to provide you with PlayerWISE™ including setting up your account, contacting you about things we need to keep your account running, calculating your results and rankings with other players in your team, your club and intra club, making exercises and challenges for you, using your club and team information to give your performance information, exercises and challenges to your coach and your club.

• We use your name, results and ranking to give to coaches, and your first name and ranking to give to other players on the PlayerWISE™ app, so that you, your coach and other players can see where you rank against other PlayerWISE™ players.

• Where you tell us it is ok, we might use your personal data to tell talent scouts and/or preparatory schools and/or colleges registered with PlayerWISE™ about you, and we might also use it to contact you about football opportunities (either directly, or where you have said it is ok, through talent scouts and/or preparatory schools and/or colleges ).

• We also use your personal data to answer any questions you have, to keep you and others safe while you use PlayerWISE™ and to make PlayerWISE work as well as it can for you while you are using it.

• You are saying that it is ok for PlayerWISE™ to email you and message you about PlayerWISE™. If you want PlayerWISE™ to stop emailing and messaging, you can reply to any of the emails or messages, use the “Contact Support” button in the PlayerWISE™ app, or email support@playerwise.com and ask PlayerWISE™ to stop contacting you.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PLAYERWISE™ PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Wherever possible PlayerWISE™ will obtain your consent when processing your personal data.

In some situations, your personal data may be processed by PlayerWISE™ when it is necessary for PlayerWISE™ to meet its obligations to you under the PlayerWISE™ terms of use or this policy.

There may also be times when PlayerWISE needs to process you personal data to comply with its obligations and requirements at law.

• PlayerWISE™ will ask you if it can use your personal information whenever possible.
• Sometimes PlayerWISE™ will need to use your personal information to provide you with PlayerWISE™ as has been agreed between you.
• There are also times when PlayerWISE™ might use your personal information to make sure that it obeys rules which apply to PlayerWISE™.

WHEN DOES PLAYERWISE™ DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

PlayerWISE™ will only share your personal data with PlayerWISE™'s third party partners (including players, coaches, clubs and talent scouts, as relevant) to the extent required for PlayerWISE™ to be able to provide to you the services, products and information which you require from PlayerWISE™, and in respect of the Purposes. PlayerWISE™ may also disclose your personal data to law enforcement or other government agencies where this is required to comply with applicable laws or respond to valid legal procedures. PlayerWISE™ will take all reasonable commercial precautions and meet its obligations at law when sharing your personal data.

If PlayerWISE™ sells or transfers all or part of its business, you acknowledge that data including personal data forms part of the assets of the business and may be transferred or sold to a third party. PlayerWISE™ will do all things necessary to meet its obligations at law and will request that any purchaser or transferee does not use your personal data in a way that is materially inconsistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy or the law.

 

• PlayerWISE™ will share your personal information with others when PlayerWISE™ needs to do this for you to be able to use PlayerWISE™ or if there are reasons PlayerWISE™ must share your personal information with the Police or the government.

• When PlayerWISE™ shares your personal information, they will do the things they can to keep your information safe.

• If PlayerWISE™ sells the PlayerWISE™ business (including your personal information), the new owner of the business will also need to keep your personal information safe.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

You have a responsibility to ensure that your personal data held by PlayerWISE is correct.
 

To the extent required by law, you have the right:
 

• to know what personal data PlayerWISE™ holds about you;

• to access the personal data which PlayerWISE™ holds about you;

• to request that your personal data held by PlayerWISE™ is updated, rectified or corrected;

• to request that PlayerWISE™ stops using your personal data;

• to request that PlayerWISE™ stops or restricts processing of your personal data;

• to object to PlayerWISE™ processing your personal data;

• to opt out of PlayerWISE™ selling your personal data;

• to opt out of PlayerWISE™ sending you targeted advertising;

• to request that PlayerWISE™ erases your personal data;

• to request that PlayerWISE™ transfers the data that PlayerWISE has collected to another organisation or directly to you;

• to receive your personal data from PlayerWISE™ in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability);

• not to be subject to decision making by PlayerWISE™ based solely on automated processing and/or profiling;

• you can:

  • ask what personal information PlayerWISE™ has about you and PlayerWISE™ has to tell you;

  • get a copy of the personal information which PlayerWISE™ has about you;

  • ask for PlayerWISE™ to change the personal information it has about you if it is wrong;

  • ask PlayerWISE™ stops using your personal information;

  • ask PlayerWISE™ to stop using all or some of your personal information;

  • tell PlayerWISE™ that you don’t agree to them using your personal information;

  • tell PlayerWISE™ that it cannot sell your personal data;

  • tell PlayerWISE™ that you don’t want to be sent advertising that PlayerWISE™ thinks you would like;

  • ask PlayerWISE™ to delete your personal information;

  • ask PlayerWISE™ to send your personal information to you or someone else;

  • ask PlayerWISE™ to send you your personal information in a way that it is easy to be used;

  • not have PlayerWISE™ make decisions about you in ways that a person isn’t involved in the decision – for example, by a computer looking at your personal information and making a decision;

CAN I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

You can withdraw your consent relating to personal data which you have given to PlayerWISE™ at any time by using the “Contact Support” button in the PlayerWISE™ app or by emailing us at support@playerwise.com and telling us you withdraw your consent. However, this will not affect any actions which PlayerWISE™ has taken in respect of your personal data prior to your consent being withdrawn. In some cases, PlayerWISE™ may be required by law to continue using or to continue to hold your personal data to a limited extent to meet its legal obligations.

If PlayerWISE™ stops collecting, processing and using your personal data or if you request that PlayerWISE™ deletes your personal data we may not be able to provide the PlayerWISE™ services or products to you.

• You can stop PlayerWISE™ collecting and using your personal information at any time by using the “Contact Support” button in the PlayerWISE™ app or by emailing PlayerWISE™ at support@playerwise.com and telling us to stop (withdrawing your consent).

• Sometimes when you tell PlayerWISE™ to stop using your information, PlayerWISE™ might still need to keep and use some information.

• When you tell PlayerWISE to stop using collecting and using your personal information this might mean that you will not be able to use PlayerWISE™ as it needs your personal information to work.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To update your account information (including the email address linked to your account, your team and your club) you can log on to your PlayerWISE™ account and update your profile page. Any changes to your payment and billing information should be made through the relevant paywall provider, Stripe, Amazon, Google or Apple. You can access them through the PlayerWISE™ app Subscription page.
 

Please use the “Contact Support” button on the PlayerWISE™ app or contact support@playerwise.com to change the way PlayerWISE™ contacts you, or if you have any queries regarding the above.

 

• You can update your account information by logging on to your PlayerWISE™ account and changing your personal profile settings or by using the “Contact Support” button on the PlayerWISE™ app or emailing support@playerwise.com

HOW IS MY PERSONAL DATA KEPT?

PlayerWISE™ will comply with all applicable laws and use all reasonable commercial measures to keep your personal data safe from unauthorised access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. Some of the ways that PlayerWISE™ will do this are:

• Practising data minimisation to ensure we only hold data about you that we need for the Purposes.

• Encrypting, pseudonymising, and/or anonymising personal data, where possible.

• Internal data policies and procedures.

• Security controls like access controls, authentication (e.g., two-factor authentication), and firewalls.

• Regular back up of data to protect against loss and/or damage.

• PlayerWISE™ will do everything that it should do to keep your personal information safe and to make sure it is not shared with other people that should not have it, according to the rules in place where you live.

• Some examples of how PlayerWISE™ does this are making sure it doesn’t keep personal information about you if it is no longer needed, by having rules in place about how your personal information is held and dealt with, and by using passwords and other ways to stop people from seeing your personal information.

HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?

Your personal data will not be kept for any longer than is necessary for the Purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless PlayerWISE™ is permitted or required to keep your personal data for a longer period by law. The length of time which PlayerWISE™ keeps different types of personal data will vary depending on the nature of the data, its purpose and any legal requirements. Once your personal data is no longer required, PlayerWISE™ will securely destroy, delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable laws.

• PlayerWISE™ will only keep your personal information for the time that it is needed for PlayerWISE™ to carry out the Purposes. These are the things which PlayerWISE ™has told you we are collecting the personal information for when we collect it from you.

• PlayerWISE™ may keep your personal information longer if there is a law that says we have to keep it longer.

• When your information is not needed anymore by PlayerWISE™ we will get rid of it so that nobody can see it again or change it so that nobody knows it is information about you.

LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES.

The PlayerWISE™ website may include references or links to other websites owned and/or controlled by third parties. PlayerWISE™ does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content or activity, including the way in which these websites and/or third parties deal with your personal data. Your use of such links to access external websites is your responsibility and is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you read the privacy policy and terms of use of any website you access and take all precautions to ensure that any links or downloads are free of malware, viruses, trojan horses and similar.

 

• Please be very careful if you access links to other websites from the PlayerWISE™ website. PlayerWISE™ may not own these websites so the rules which PlayerWISE™ has put in place to keep you safe will not apply.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
 

As PlayerWISE™ is a company which operates internationally your personal data may be transferred to countries outside your country where PlayerWISE™, its players, coaches, talent scouts, service providers or partners have a presence to allow PlayerWISE™ to provide you with the services. These countries may be subject to different data protection laws. To ensure your personal data is protected, PlayerWISE™ will take all reasonable commercial measures required so that your personal data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws in the relevant country. In particular, PlayerWISE™ will only make international transfers of your personal data where PlayerWISE™ reasonably believes that the receiving party is:

 

• carrying on business in the United Kingdom and is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Legislation); or

• subject to privacy laws that overall, provide comparable safeguards to those in the Legislation; or

• is required to protect the information in a way that, overall, provides comparable safeguards to those in the Legislation (for example, by agreement between the parties which contains standard contractual clauses to ensure data protection); or

• is subject to the privacy laws of a country, province or State, or is a participant in a binding scheme for international disclosures of personal information that has been prescribed in regulations by the Government of the United Kingdom as providing comparable safeguards to the Legislation.

We may also transfer personal data based on other legal bases, such as the necessity of the transfer of such personal data to provide you with services you have requested, or by you explicitly consenting to PlayerWISE™ transferring your data internationally after you have been informed of potential risks.

• Sometimes PlayerWISE™ needs to send your personal information to other places outside your country to make sure PlayerWISE™ works correctly for you.

• We will make sure that when we do this, the place that we send your personal information to has rules that are as strong as the rules that apply in your country or that the person that we send your personal information to has said they will obey rules which are just as strong as the rules which apply in your country.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

PlayerWISE™ reserves its rights to change or vary this Privacy Policy from time to time. PlayerWISE™ will have a link to the latest Privacy Policy on its website and will update this with any changes. If material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, PlayerWISE™ will notify you in another way which it considers to be appropriate in the circumstances such as by sending you a direct notification via the PlayerWISE™ app or website.

 

• Sometimes these rules will change.

• If the changes are important changes, PlayerWISE™ will tell you about them through the PlayerWISE™ app or by email (and if you are younger than 18, PlayerWISE™ will also email your parent or guardian).

• If you do not understand the changes then you should talk to a trusted adult before you keep using PlayerWISE™.

• If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using PlayerWISE™.

HOW CAN YOU CONTACT PLAYERWISE™ IF YOU HAVE QUERIES, REQUESTS OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Should you have any queries, requests or complaints in respect of this Privacy Policy or your personal data which PlayerWISE™ holds, please contact PlayerWISE™’s Privacy Officer by using the “Contact Support” button in the PlayerWISE app™ or by emailing support@playerwise.com

PlayerWISE™ will contact you within five (5) business days to let you know how your query, request or complaint is being progressed and asking for any further information which PlayerWISE™ may require to assist you.

In the case of a complaint, PlayerWISE™ will advise you of the outcome of its investigation as soon as practicable and at latest within twenty (20) business days. If you are not satisfied with PlayerWISE™’s response you may refer your complaint to your local data protection authority.

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF MINORS.

PlayerWISE™ is committed to the protection of children’s online privacy.

The collection, use and disclosure of personal data by PlayerWISE™ from Services which are directed at persons aged under the age of 18 years (Children’s Services) are intended to comply with all applicable laws.

The red wording throughout this privacy policy is intended to explain the basic ideas in the Privacy Policy to minors in language that they will understand. We suggest that you discuss these ideas with your minor to ensure they best understand how they can stay safe online.

CONSENT.

No personal data is collected from persons aged under the age of 18 years unless they register for PlayerWISE™ services or products by creating an account with PlayerWISE™. Creating an account will require the consent of a parent or guardian.

We will not collect, use or disclose personal data about a person under the age of 13 years using our Children’s Services without consent from a parent or guardian (except where such collection falls into an exception at law).

You may consent to personal data collection and use without consenting to third party disclosure of personal data (except where third party disclosure of personal data is essential for the provision of the Children’s Services).

Before we collect personal data from a minor, we will explain how it will be used and any risks.

You can revoke your consent to data collection and processing for a minor at any time by using the “Contact Support” button on the PlayerWISE™ app or by emailing us at support@playerwise.com

As a parent or guardian, you can log into your minor’s account using their account login and password.
 

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR MINOR'S PERSONAL DATA AND RELATED RIGHTS.

If you, as a parent or guardian:

 

• have any queries regarding privacy issues and personal data relating to a minor using PlayerWISE™,

• wish to review, update or delete any your minor’s personal data that PlayerWISE™ might have collected,

• wish to elect for PlayerWISE™ not to collect any additional personal data from your minor,

• wish to refuse further collection, use and processing of your minor’s personal data by PlayerWISE™,

• wish to revoke consent given to PlayerWISE™ for collection, use and processing of your minor’s personal data, you can contact us by using the “Contact Support” button on the PlayerWISE™ app or email us at support@playerwise.com
